Money to Adopt Orphans

Widow being served: Ms. Tina

Chosen for Life's Both Hands Project

Serving a widow. Providing financial assistance for adopting families.

While on a missions trip to Uganda in June, Ms. Tina's beloved husband, Herb, was suddenly killed in a traffic accident. Herb regularly went on missions trips and his primary role on these trips was helping with the sound equipment, and helping care for orphans.

On August 24, a team of volunteers spent the day serving Ms. Tina by fixing up her home. The team completed projects such as landscaping, deep cleaning, de-cluttering, and other repairs and improvements to her home. Our team felt honored to bless Ms. Tina in this way. She was happy to carrying on her husbands work of caring for orphans, through this Both Hands project.

Volunteers are raising sponsorship for the service project. Supplies for repairs on Ms. Tina's home were donated. Through a partnership with Chosen for Life Ministries, the funds raised will provide grants for adopting families. To put it simply, your gift will help orphans to become adopted into forever families.
