Adopting from DR Congo

Widow being served: Ms. Louise

John and Dee Huey

Welcome to the Huey Family Project Page!

John and Dee have answered God's call and stepped out in faith to adopt from DR Congo. The Huey Family and a team of volunteers worked on a widow's home to help raise funds to cover the high cost of adoption. IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO DONATE! See the completed project video here:

The loss of a beloved spouse often makes it difficult for a widow to keep up with the necessary improvements and repairs to her home. So on August 17, the Huey Family and the volunteers fixed up Ms. Louise's home. Ms. Louise lost her husband 15 years ago and today is on fixed income. Her home needed several repairs, and we felt blessed to be able to help with some of those!

Volunteers are raising sponsorship for their day of work. The supplies for the project were donated. The money raised will help bring an orphan into a forever family!

How can you help? Join the team!
